At Merchantile, we want to make your Cancellation or Refund as easy as possible. Each merchant has their own refund and return policy, please endeavor to read through the vendor refund or return policy. will have a 60 day limit of vendor wishing to process a refund or return. 

Refund Request must be communicated to the vendor within (60) days after the delivery of the product, the vendor is in charge of its refund procedure. Each vendor has their own refund and return policies. If a customers fails to get a response from a vendor, the customer may email to file a dispute. Merchantile will make every attempt possible to contact the vendor and resolve the problem. can process a refund or return on the vendors behalf if the vendor does not reply within a certain time frame. The vendor will be liable to pay any fees associated with a return or refund in the case that no communication was made. The item must be in the same condition it was in prior to shipment in order to receive a refund. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, Merchantile wont be able to offer you a refund or return.

Meaning, After 60 days will not be liable and a refund or return cannot be processed.

Our Returns are governed by Merchantile  and/or vendor refunds Conditions. 

If you receive Goods which do not match those that you ordered, you should contact the vendor or store owner within their policy time frame to arrange collection and return. If both the vendor and the buyer are unable to come to a conclusion, then you can email within 60 days to be able to apply for a refund. We will investigate the dispute. 

Once we receive the Merchantile refund notification, we will investigate your request and notify you that we have received your cancellation or refund request. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting your request.

Users who wish to request a refund must contact the vendor and/or prior to the end of their current 60 day refund window after delivery by emailing us at below are conditions to enjoy a full refund benefit

  • Your cancellation and refund request needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase 
  • Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. 
  • Customers are fully responsible for paying shipment costs. 
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. 
  • You have attempted to contact the vendor during their return or refund policy time frame.
  • Refund or return request must be mailed to the vendor and/or merchantile within 60 days after product delivery.

If your refund does not meet the above criteria, please send a message to us. Tell us which of the conditions you have not met, and we will suggest a suitable alternative. If we receive your refund  request in a situation that does not meet our refund criteria, we reserve the option not to do a refund.


If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 

You will be notified via e-mail of the status of your refund and any potential adjustments once we have processed and approve your refund request. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Return & Refunds of Defective products (if applicable)

For the return of defective products, please contact us at and provide photos/videos showing the defective product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your Refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping your Product Back to us

To return your product, please contact the vendor whom you purchase the product for a shipping or drop off point.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we or the vendor will receive your returned item

At Merchantile we are incredibly passionate about what we do, and have unwavering beliefs about the power of intention. However, we are not involve directly when you purchase an item on the Marketplace, we are merely a facilitator between a seller and a buyer as by any means, if you purchase an item on the site please endeavor to contact the store owner immediately with your reason for a refund or cancellation, within a 60 days period, if a dialogue or decision can not be reached then you can sure contact to dispute the refund and we will try to resolve the refund as soon as possible.
