Currently, we are offering free standard shipping on all orders.

We currently only ship within the United States.

How long does it take to process orders?

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping times are determined by the method selected on your order. If you select free shipping, it will be standard shipping.

Can I change/cancel my order?



If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at help@soultreecity.com for assistance. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel or change the order and a return will need to be processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable, but returns are free. Please email help@soultreecity.com for a return approval/label.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have all tags attached.

 

We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or body products, such as body wash.

Please email help@soultreecity.com to request a return. We will provide a return shipping label to you once a return has been requested and the order has been verified.

 

Note: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4-7 business days.

 

Late or missing refunds:

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

 

Then contact your financial institution, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Items Marked Final Sale:

 

Items marked as final sale cannot be refunded or exchanged for store credit.

 

Gift Orders:

 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we can only refund the purchaser and they will receive notification of any returns.
