Shipping Policy

Your order will be shipped the same business day if order is placed before 9am Mountain Standard Time. If order is placed after 9am, it will be shipped the next shipping day. For example, if you place an order after 9am, but by the end of business day on Tuesday, it will be shipped out Wednesday!

Pick-Up Policy

We offer same day pick-up! If your order is placed by 12pm, it will be available for pick-up by 3pm that same day. If your order is placed after 12pm, it will be available for pick-up the next business day. Please keep in mind our store hours are (Monday – Thursday: 11-5, Friday: 11-6:30, Saturday: 10-7, Sunday: 10-5). Please go to the front counter and let the sales associate know you are picking up an online order and they will get it for you. We do our best to fulfill the orders as soon as possible. If you need it sooner, please leave a note when you checkout online and we will do our very best.
